Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the continental 48 states free of charge. Delivery is available to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee (order must be placed by calling). We can also deliver to your US based freight forwarder if you have those arrangements in place.

How long does it take to ship my item?
Due to the wide array of products we carry, different items ship at different times. Orders in stock take approximately 1-3 business days to process and ship.

Can I track my order once it ships?
Yes, you will be able to track your order once it ships. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. You will also receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided in that email so you can track the status on your shipment.

Return Policy:
We understand that items ordered online is not always easy, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. After receiving the order, if for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it back to us in its original condition/packaging. You will be refunded your order total, minus the actual cost of shipping. Please be mindful of the following conditions.
  • Items that are shipped free, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customer must contact us within 30 days after receiving the item(s) to file for a return authorization number before sending the return back.
  • Once a return authorization has been issued, items must be returned within 14 days.
  • Items returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
  • An order can not be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy will apply.
