Trade service member benefits include exclusive pricing, personalized services, custom sourcing, and complimentary design consultation. Members also have access to exclusive items, such as our reproductions of classic pieces. All members are assigned their own account manager who is there to answer any and all questions, provide custom quotes, and assist with order shipment specifications.
Joining our trade program is completely free.
Are you a designer, architect or even a business owner? We will just need some proof and you will qualify. Forms of validation include valid Membership to a major design organization (ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC); Interior Design Certificate, Interior Design/Architecture Degree, Business License, Resale License.
Approvals normally can happen within 24 hours of applying. Once approved, you will be assigned an account manager, who will reach out to you and assist you with your inquiry.
Placing an order and receiving discounts is easy. You will work with your dedicated design consultant to place all orders and receive your exclusive discounts. Your design consultant will provide you with a custom quote that will allow you to see your exclusive trade pricing. Once you are ready to place your order, just let your design consultant know and they will guide you through the process. It's quick and easy, as shopping should be!
We accept all forms of payment including credit cards, check, and bank wire transfer. You will always be provided with a copy of your invoice for your own billing records.
